• World Book Day was great. I dressed up as the pharaoh, Sennapod from one of my favourite books 'There's a Pharaoh In Our Bath!'. Next year I might dress up as the viking, Sigurd from three books 'There's a viking in my bed' 'Viking in trouble' and 'viking at school' I love your books. I am reading them all the time. I read them at school, I read them at home(mostly in bed), I even read them when I go out or I'm on a holiday. Your very lucky to visit 10 Downing street. I think you should write another book about the pharaoh, Sennapod because I really like him and I want to read more about him. posted by asmaa

• hi, it was not great but OK. my best bit was when at school I got ginger beer and fruit cake AND shortbread and was able to
  tease my brother about it because we were the only class in the school that got it and expecially we were allowed it again later on in the day. my worst bit was when i had to read to a year r that was not listening or really consontrating.I even took the hundred mile an hour dog christmas chaos book it is cool, today at the school book fare i got thehundred mile an hour dog goes for gold posted by hannah

• we wrote stories based on the hundred mile an hour dog! Here's mine!
  It all started the day Lee came to the pet shop! "That one!" He exclaimed "It's perfect!"
  So from that day forward I was his! He's looked after me for what seems like forever! It was all fine until the day I,not ran, but sprinted across the room to get some salad!
  
  "Come on Fastlee, over here!" Lee whispered, patting his knee. I didn't budge! So Lee got some lettuce and sat back down in the EXACT same place. I STILL didn't budge! Lee, getting frustrated, went to the kitchen and brought a WHOLE BOWL of salad back!
  'OH MY GOSH' I thought excitedly. I galloped over to him, (literally, I could hear my feet going clip clop on the floor!) and gobbled up ALL of the salad! Lee just sat there with a face like a droopy dog, mouth open and speechless.
  'Shut your mouth, you might catch a fly!' I thought giggling hysterically.
  The next day, Lee boasted about me to Jade.
  "Yeah right-don't you mean the slowest! LIAR!!" she shouted horridly.
  Lee, as always, jumped into super lie mode.
  " Yeah, REALLY! He ran across the field and back in five minutes!" he muttered quickly.
  Lee came home all sweaty and angry that day.
  "I'll show her!" he murmured... "I know!"
  Great- another fabulous idea! Not! His ideas are always SOOOO LAME! ALWAYS!
  "I'll put you in a tortoise race!"
  'Oh brother- just what I need, to be in a race!'
  I was woken nice and early on the day of the race!
  "Come on Fastlee!" Lee screeched "Today's the day of the race!"
  Oh NO! DOUBLE NO! TRIPLE NOOOOO!
  I let Lee take me to the race, although I didn't want to go! I, feeling hot and bothered, had the sun making my shiny brown shell sparkle!
  I was set up as number seven at the starting line. The bell was rung and I didn't budge! (Do you remember, I don't budge without food?) Suddenly, I saw someone eating a burger and salad. Although the race had already started, I shot off! Faster and faster I went. I won! I didn't even realize! I won! I won! WOOOHOOO! (Not that I care!)
  When we got home, I was praised like I was a god! Lee, picking me up, held me close and embraced me!
